Palmera was created by Keyper Labs in 2022 to improve how on-chain organizations operate multisig accounts. The initial project focused on building a dashboard capable of managing multiple smart accounts compatible with Safe across different chains in a single interface.

By introducing role-based modules and a file-system-like structure for permissions, the team developed a new way for organizations to manage multisig operations with better visibility and control. As the blockchain ecosystem evolved and new networks began emerging, chains required reliable multisig infrastructure.

Palmera expanded from tooling to deploying multisig smart contracts and the backend infrastructure required to support them across EVM networks. Since then, the company has supported deployments across more than 30 blockchains and expanded into custom multisig development for chains with specialized technical requirements.

Today, Palmera designs and operates multisig infrastructure, dashboards, and operational systems used by blockchain networks, foundations, and institutional teams. The company operates as a Swiss infrastructure engineering firm focused on production-grade blockchain systems.
