Safe Multisig Transactions

Token Visibility, Spam Protection, and Hiding Tokens

2 min read

Spam tokens are increasingly common across networks. Safe Multisig offers controls to avoid potentially malicious assets by default and customize which tokens appear across the app.

Where to Find These Settings

Navigate to Assets → Manage tokens (gear icon).

You'll see options including:

  • Show all tokens
  • Hide small balances
  • Hide tokens (manual hiding)

Show All Tokens

Default behavior (OFF): Safe Multisig shows tokens via Zerion's token discovery, with Zerion's spam filters applied by default. This reduces the likelihood of seeing suspicious or low-quality tokens.

When turned ON: Safe Multisig lists all tokens identified by its internal token service. This may include tokens hidden by Zerion's spam filtering, including spam tokens.

Use this when:

  • You expect a token to be in your Safe Multisig but it's not appearing in the assets list
  • You're troubleshooting missing tokens on a specific network

Important: Turning on "Show all tokens" can surface spam tokens. Always be cautious before interacting with unknown assets.

Missing a token in the Send flow?

If you can't find a token while sending:

  1. Open Assets → Manage tokens
  2. Turn Show all tokens ON
  3. Return to Send and search again

This ensures tokens filtered by default discovery can still appear when needed.

Hide Small Balances

Turn on "Hide small balances" to conceal tokens with very small fiat value (e.g., less than $0.01). This keeps your asset list clean without permanently hiding anything. You can toggle this on/off anytime.

Hide Tokens Manually

For full control, manually hide specific tokens:

  • In Manage tokens, choose "Hide tokens," select tokens, and Save
  • Or hide an individual token directly from the list (eye icon), depending on your view

Hidden tokens remain hidden locally for that Safe Multisig unless you unhide them later.
