This guide covers how to export and import your address book within the Safe Multisig interface.
How the Address Book Works
The address book data is stored locally on your device or browser. This information is never transmitted to any external service. In the web interface, you can access it via the sidebar, while iOS users can find it under "Settings."

Exporting Your Address Book
Locate the export button in the top-right corner of your screen, positioned next to the "create entry" button.
This action generates a CSV file containing all your address book entries.
For iOS users, export entries through the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner by selecting "Export entries." When copying data, the address, saved name, and chain ID will all be included in the export.
Importing Address Book Entries
Find the import button in the top-right corner of your screen, next to the "create entry" button.
After selecting a file and clicking import, your current address book will be updated accordingly.
iOS users can import entries via the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner by selecting "Import entries." From there, you can choose from "Recents," "Shared," or "Browse" to locate your file.
Import Behavior
- Entries with existing addresses will be updated with the names from your imported file
- Entries with addresses not present in the imported file remain unchanged
